Document Control Clerk Opportunity!

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Clerk to join a dynamic team in California. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about maintaining accurate records and enjoys working with both physical and digital files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and organize physical HR and personnel files.
  • Scan and digitize documents using designated scanning equipment.
  • Accurately label and rename files following internal guidelines.
  • Upload and organize digital files within OneDrive.
  • Ensure all documents are properly categorized and easily searchable.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with shredding and recycling outdated materials.
  • Follow established processes for document management and quality control.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, records management, or filing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with document scanning and digitization preferred.
  • Comfortable working with both physical and digital file systems.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, file naming, folder organization).
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Compensation

Pay range is from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
